He led the communications strategy and media engagement for TSB’s £1.3billion IPO in June 2014 and Stock Spirits Group’s £500million London listing in autumn 2013. Prior to joining Bell Pottinger Clinton spent more than 20 years as a Business & City Editor on national newspapers, latterly at the Daily Mirror. During that time he was responsible for hiring and mentoring numerous journalists who now hold senior positions on national newspapers. Clinton utilises his experience to provide clients with media training and insight, whilst his acute news judgement has served as an early warning radar, helping to avert potential crises.
