We work with FTSE 250 global recruitment group Hays to manage its corporate positioning and profile-raising for CEO Alistair Cox. A central part of our programme is Hays’ flagship thought leadership report, the Global Skills Index, an analysis of labour markets across 33 markets looking at issues such as skills shortages, education and productivity.

Each year, we collaborate with Hays and Oxford Economics to review the findings, identify key media stories and help Hays’ local marketing teams use the research as a tool for both clients and press. Working with our digital team we also created a microsite, infographics and video to showcase the findings. Last year we secured over 170 pieces of coverage across multiple markets, positioning Hays as a key authority on skills and talent with media, policymakers and business leaders.
